He is an authorized IT Expert and Arbitrator registered with Dubai Courts, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), and chambers of commerce in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. With over 600 cases arbitrated and 3 commercial disputes resolved, Ahmed combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of UAE laws, including e-Crim law, Civil Procedures Law, and Commercial Law. His expertise extends to Blockchain and cryptocurrency disputes, making him a trusted advisor in the digital economy.
2. ITSM Consultant & Systems Compliance Officer:
As a Master ITSM-ITIL Certified IT Manager, Ahmed has led large-scale IT projects, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO-9001. He has managed IT operations across 17 countries as the Zone ICT Manager for Majid Al Futtaim Carrefour, overseeing a network business worth 40M AED annually. His work includes deploying SD-WAN technology, implementing Cisco Firepower NGFW for 350 stores, and enabling AI-driven solutions and IoT integrations for smart buildings.
